How strong are the melts?
Very. Our melts are poured with a generous fragrance load, so one cupcake melt fills an average living room. In a small room, start with half.
How long does a wax melt last?
Each melt gives up to 8 hours of fragrance. When the scent fades, pour out the wax and pop in a fresh one.
Are your products vegan?
Our soy wax and fragrance oils are free from animal ingredients and we never test on animals.
What's the first burn rule for candles?
Let the melted wax reach the edges of the glass on the first light (2 to 3 hours). This stops the candle tunnelling and keeps the scent throw strong to the very end.
When will my order arrive?
Everything is hand-poured in small batches, so please allow 2 to 4 working days for dispatch. UK delivery then takes 2 to 3 working days.
Do you post outside the UK?
Not yet, but it's on the list. Send us a message and we'll let you know when we do.
Can I order favours for my wedding or baby shower?
Yes. We make mini melts and tea-light tins in your colours with personalised labels. See Favours & custom.
