Dispatch
We hand-pour in small batches, so please allow 2 to 4 working days for your order to be poured, cured and wrapped. You'll get a tracking link the moment it's on its way.
Returns
If you change your mind, unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept used candles or melts.
Arrived damaged?
Glass and post don't always get along. Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement straight out.
